Hello, may we just convey our thanks to you for viewing our website!

San Giovanni bed and breakfast is ideally located within walking distance of Ballykisteen Golf Course and is directly across the road from Tipperary Racecourse. The spectacular Glen of Aherlow with the beautiful backdrop of the Galtee Mountains is just a 10 minute drive away.

 

We are situated on the border of Tipperary and Limerick on the N24 just a few minutes from Limerick Junction Train Station. Both Shannon and Cork Airport are just 1 hour away. An Express bus service operates from outside the door.

 

There is a great variety of outdoor activities and places of interest in the local area.

I had a great stay at San Giovanni Bed and Breakfast , all rooms are en suite, I was greeted by Joe and Bunny with a nice cup of coffee. My room had a single and a double bed in it and a separate shower room and toilet. The breakfast alone was worth the room price alone . I would highly recommend this. It's like staying with family. Shame I was only staying one night

My two friends and I spent one night in San Giovanni Bed and Breakfast. The owners have been very lovely and polite. They welcomed us in their tidy home late in the evening. The bedclothes in the rooms I shared with my friend were very clean and scented! In the rooms there were kits for making tea or coffee too! The bathroom shared in common was clean and functional. The breakfast met our requirements...there was even Nutella! - Giulietta A
